NTPC Scholarships 2009

NTPC Limited, a public sector enterprises in power sector invites application from Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes students pursuing full time diploma course in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Civil in any of the institution recognized by the Government. The scholarship will be given for academic year 2009-2010 and 2010-2011.

Scholarship will be given to students of second year. Scholarship amount of Rs. 1000/- (one thousand rupee) will be given for 12 months in a year excluding the first year of curriculum. Students in receipt of NTPC scholarships will not be entitled to draw any other scholarship / Financial Aid / Stipend. Other terms and conditions will be followed as per NTPC Scholarship Scheme. Candidates can apply for the scholarship on or before 15.09-2009 in Ihe prescribed application format to be duly forwarded by Head of Institution / College. The application must be accompanied by an attested copy of caste certificate, birth certificate, educational eligibility, and mark-sheet of passed examinations. Application if not found as per the format mentioned will be cancelled.

The application forms can be obtained from Manager(HRD), NTPC Limited, Southern Region Headquarters, 5th Floor, MCH Complex, Secunderabad - 500 003 by post and the duly fil!ed-up application may be sent on the address of AGM (HR), NTPC Ltd., Southern Region, Headquarters, S* floor, MCH Commercial Complex, R.P.Road, Secunderabad - 500 003.
